01Acceptance of these terms
By using our website or booking classes with Al-Huda Online Academy (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
02Our services
We provide live online classes taught by qualified teachers through Zoom or Google Meet:
- Online Quran Classes — Noorani Qaida, Nazra, Tajweed, Hifz, Translation & Tafseer and Islamic Studies.
- Online Tuition from Class 0 to 12 — Montessori, Primary, Middle, Matric and Intermediate.
- Spoken English Course — Foundation, Fluency and Confidence levels.
03Eligibility and students under 18
Students under 18 may join only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who books the classes, agrees to these terms and remains responsible for the student's account and payments. Adults may book classes for themselves.
04Booking and free trial
You can book a free trial class through our website, WhatsApp or email. After the trial, regular classes start once you choose a plan and timing. We try our best to match your preferred teacher, days and time, but this depends on teacher availability.
05Fees and payments
Fees, billing, due dates and refunds are explained in our Payment Policy and Refund Policy. Current fees are shown on Our Fees Plan.
06Class timings and attendance
- Please join on time. Teachers wait up to 10 minutes; after that the class may be counted as taken.
- To reschedule, inform us at least 24 hours before the class.
- Students need a stable Internet connection, a device with camera and microphone, and a quiet place to learn.
- If the teacher or academy cancels a class, it will be rescheduled or credited.
07Conduct and online safety
We want every class to be safe and respectful.
- Students, parents and teachers must behave politely and respectfully.
- Appropriate dress and a respectful setting are expected, especially for Quran classes.
- Class links are private and must not be shared with others.
- Recording or sharing classes without permission is not allowed.
- Parents of young children are encouraged to stay nearby during classes.
We may pause or end classes for anyone who behaves in an unsafe or disrespectful way.
08Teachers
Teachers are selected and trained by the academy. We may change a student's teacher when needed — for example due to availability, timing or the student's progress — and will inform you in advance whenever possible.
09Teaching materials and content
All content on this website and the materials shared in class (lesson plans, worksheets, notes and designs) belong to Al-Huda Online Academy or their owners. You may use them for the student's personal learning only. Copying, selling or publishing them without written permission is not allowed.
10Use of our website

We do not control or endorse their products, services or content, and we are not responsible for them. Any dealings with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.
12No guarantee of results
We work hard to help every student succeed, but learning results depend on many things, including attendance, practice and effort. We cannot guarantee specific marks, exam results, completion times or levels of fluency.
13Limitation of liability
We provide our website and classes with reasonable care and skill. To the extent allowed by law, Al-Huda Online Academy is not liable for indirect losses, technical problems outside our control (such as Internet or power outages), or third-party platforms and websites. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the month in which the issue happened.
14Ending classes
You can stop classes at the end of any paid month. We may end or pause services if fees are unpaid, if these terms are seriously broken, or if a student's safety or another person's safety is at risk.
15Governing law
