Who are the teachers at Al-Huda Online Academy?
Al-Huda Online Academy has 30+ qualified teachers in three departments: Quran teachers for Qaida, Nazra, Tajweed and Hifz; school tuition teachers for Montessori to Class 12; and Spoken English trainers for kids, students and adults.
How do you select your teachers?
Every teacher goes through five steps: application review, a subject or recitation test, a live demo class, online teaching training and ongoing quality review with parent feedback.
Are your Quran teachers qualified in Tajweed?
Yes. Quran teachers are tested on correct recitation, Makharij and Tajweed before they teach, and Hifz teachers follow a planned Sabaq, Sabqi and Manzil routine.
Do the teachers speak English?
Yes. Teachers explain lessons clearly in English or Urdu, depending on what the student understands best.
Choosing a teacher
Will my child have the same teacher every week?
Yes. We keep the same teacher for each student whenever possible, so the teacher knows the student's level and progress.
Can I request a female teacher?
Yes, you can tell us your preference when you book. We will do our best to match you with a teacher who fits your preference, course and timing.
Can I change my teacher?
Yes. If you feel another teacher would suit your child better, tell us and we will arrange a change.
Can I meet the teacher before paying?
Yes. Every student starts with a free live trial class with the teacher, so you can see the teaching style before choosing a plan.

Are online classes safe for children?
Yes. Classes run only on official academy links, parents are always welcome to sit in, and every teacher follows a strict code of conduct.
