Refund Policy
We want every family to be happy with their classes. This page explains clearly when a refund is possible, how to cancel and how refunds are paid back — for students in every country.

Overview
This Refund Policy applies to fees paid to Al-Huda Online Academy for Online Quran Classes, Online Tuition (Class 0–12) and the Spoken English Course. Because every family can take a free trial class before paying, you can check the teacher, timing and teaching style before any payment is made.
When you can get a refund

When a refund is not given
- Classes that have already been taken.
- Classes missed by the student without 24 hours' notice.
- A request made more than 7 days after payment, unless the academy could not provide the classes.
- Discounts or free classes given as an offer.
How to stop or cancel classes
You can stop classes at the end of any paid month. Simply tell us on WhatsApp or by email before the next month's fee is due. There is no cancellation fee and no long contract.
How to request a refund
Send a message on WhatsApp (+92 329 6387161) or email info@alhudaquranonline.com with:
- The student's name and program
- The payment date, amount and transaction reference
- The reason for the refund request
Processing time and method
We reply to refund requests within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent back using the same payment method within 7–14 working days. Bank, wallet and currency-conversion charges are not refundable, and the final amount can vary slightly with exchange rates for international payments.

Can I get a refund after the free trial?
There is nothing to refund after the free trial because it is free. If you then pay for a month and ask within 7 days, before any paid class is taken, you get a full refund.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are sent back using the same payment method within 7 to 14 working days.
What if the teacher misses a class?
Classes missed by the teacher or academy are always rescheduled. If they cannot be rescheduled in the same month, you can choose a refund or a credit.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No. You can stop at the end of any paid month without any cancellation fee.
