Overview
This Payment Policy explains how fees are charged and paid at Al-Huda Online Academy (“we”, “us”, “the academy”). It applies to every program we teach: Online Quran Classes, Online Tuition from Class 0 to 12, and the Spoken English Course.
By booking regular classes with us, you agree to this policy together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
Free trial class
Every new student can take one free live trial class in any program. No payment and no card details are needed to book a trial. After the trial, you decide whether to continue. There is no obligation to join.
Monthly fees and billing cycle
Fees are charged per month and depend on the program, the number of classes per week, the class length and whether you choose one-to-one or small-group classes. Current fees are shown on Our Fees Plan page.
- Your billing month starts on the date of your first paid class.
- Fees are paid in advance for the coming month.
- There is no registration or admission fee.
- There is no long-term contract — you can stop at the end of any paid month.
Accepted payment methods
We share exact payment details on WhatsApp or by email after you confirm your plan. Depending on your country, you can pay by:
- Bank transfer (local or international)
- Mobile wallet (for families in Pakistan)
- An online payment method or money-transfer service for international families
Currencies and exchange rates
Fees are shown in US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP) and Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You pay in the currency agreed when you choose your plan. Any bank, wallet or transfer charges and currency-conversion costs are paid by the sender, so the academy receives the full monthly fee.
Due dates and late payment
Please pay the monthly fee within the first 7 days of each billing month. We send a friendly reminder before the due date.
- If a fee is more than 7 days late, classes may be paused until payment is received.
- Your regular timing and teacher are kept for up to 14 days while classes are paused.
- After that, the slot may be offered to another student.
Family discount
When two or more students from the same family study with us, a family discount is applied to the monthly fees. The current discount levels are shown on Our Fees Plan. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless we confirm it in writing.
Changes to fees
We may update our fees from time to time. Existing students will be told at least 30 days before any change applies to them. Fees already paid for a month do not change.
Missed and rescheduled classes

| Student informs us 24 hours or more before class | The class is rescheduled within the same month. |
| Student misses a class without notice | The class is counted as taken. |
| Teacher or academy cancels a class | The class is always rescheduled, or credited to the next month. |
| Public holidays (e.g. Eid) | Classes are rescheduled, or adjusted in the next month's fee. |
Receipts and records
After every payment, please send the transaction screenshot or reference on WhatsApp. We confirm receipt and keep a record of your payments. You can ask for a payment summary at any time.
